Returns / Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchange:
We have a 7 day return / exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return / exchange.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return / exchange is accepted, we will pick up from the same address the order was delivered to.
In case of return, the money will be credited back to your account from which the payment was done within 15 working days.
In case of exchange, the same will exchanged and delivered back to you with in 30 working days subject to availability of the product.
If the exchange product value is more than the purchased product value then the customer has to pay the difference amount before shipping the exchanged product. If the exchange product value is less than the purchased product value then the balance money will be credited back to your account from which the payment was done within 15 working days.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 70949 88882 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers& plants, fragile items, items with mechanical parts or any such items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods of your pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products which are on sale or offer items or gift cards.
